Our nearest job was next door in Marlborough in May 2026: two chain-drive openers and new bottom seals. The bottom seal is the part that keeps rain and drafts out, and it is the first rubber on the door to crack; on a two-door garage, replacing both at once is the cheap fix for water on the floor.
